An important step in any conveyance is reporting to HMRC in respect of Stamp Duty payable. Clients can then be readily reassured as to payment since the HMRC system in turn confirms receipt. All completed within a matter of seconds. We want our clients to see exactly what happens during their transaction and we provide them with online (real time) secure access to their file through the secure portal on our website. Our client's can also grant consent to their estate agent should they wish.
